Unless otherwise specified, services that are rendered from Innergy Med Group are not refundable after purchase. If you order products from our third-party partners and the products are damaged upon arrival, you may contact those third-party companies to discuss your refund for the product.

Please note, Nevada consumer returns and refunds law – There’s no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements. Whether you can receive a refund is dependent on the retailer’s return and refund policies.
