Prerequisite: High school graduate + Completion of Herbalist Level 3 Mentorship

Level 1 - Shadow Apprentice 

(3 months)
Outcome:
Gain a foundational understanding of herbal energetics, client-centered care, and remedy preparation by observing consultations, supporting documentation, and participating in post-session case discussions.

Level 2 - Supervised Apprentice 

(3 months)
Outcome:
Strengthen research and writing skills by co-authoring wellness reports, contributing to herbal protocols, and translating herbal theory into client-ready language with guided mentorship.

Level 3 - Lead Apprentice

(6 months, compensated)
Outcome:
Build confidence as an emerging practitioner by independently managing clients in our free clinic, developing customized herbal wellness plans, and authoring professional-level reports under mentor review.

Prerequisite: High school graduate + Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN) from the Energetic Health Institute

Level 1 - Shadow Apprentice 

(30 days + 4 indirect hours)
Outcome:
Build foundational awareness by observing nutrition consultations, understanding how personalized plans are created, and reflecting on client-nutritionist dynamics.

Level 2 - Supervised Apprentice 

(6 months + 124 direct hours)
Outcome:
Apply research and communication skills by co-authoring nutrition-focused wellness reports, practicing client-friendly language, and integrating food-as-medicine principles.

Level 3 - Lead Apprentice 

(5 months + 126 total hours)
Outcome:
Gain real-world experience by independently supporting clients with personalized nutrition education and submitting case reports that reflect professional-level knowledge and care.
