• 3-Month Commitment: Each client will engage in a 3-month program to create lasting change and establish sustainable health habits.
• Bi-Weekly Session Schedule: Sessions must be held every two weeks, ensuring consistent progress and continual support.
• Active Client Participation: Clients are encouraged to actively engage in their wellness plan between sessions, as consistency is key to success.

• STEP ONE - Book Your Initial Consultation: Start by scheduling your first session to kick off the program. During this consultation, we’ll review your goals, health history, and what you hope to achieve.
• STEP TWO - Commit to Your Health: Once enrolled, the 3-month program begins, and you’ll receive a client contract and we will begin our journey together.
• STEP THREE - Complete Lab Work: Arrange for your initial lab evaluations to help us create custom Holistic Wellness Concepts.

Your health journey will be guided through bi-weekly sessions with a professional herbalist and wellness consultant. These 60-minute sessions will:

• Assess your progress: Address health concerns, challenges, and successes.
• Review current regimens: Ensure your herbal and supplement protocols are aligned with your goals.
• Make necessary adjustments: Tailor herbs, supplements, and wellness practices based on evolving needs.

Following each session, you’ll receive custom Holistic Wellness Concepts designed to support your goals, which may include:

• Dietary & lifestyle guidance: Teachings covering concepts  to complement your herbal protocol.

• TWO 60-Minute Sessions per Month: Ongoing support to monitor your health progress, discuss any challenges, and adjust your plan as necessary.
• These must be used within the month of payment, ensuring that you stay engaged and on track to meet your health goals.

• Receive unlimited messaging support each month during your program. This means you can reach out anytime between sessions for:
  • Quick questions regarding herbs, supplements, or general health concerns.
  • Clarifications on your wellness plan.
  • Advice on making adjustments in between sessions.
