That’s why I created Innergy Med Group a space built for connection, learning, and transformation.
Here, healers, clients, caregivers, and students come together to share wisdom, exchange experiences, and grow in community. Our focus is on prevention and recovery, especially for those navigating high blood pressure, stroke, or metabolic syndrome. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening within the body, and explore holistic approaches that restore balance and strength.
This is also a teaching space where empowerment meets education. Through mentorship and hands-on apprenticeship programs, I guide individuals to build both confidence and competence in the healing arts.
Innergy Med Group isn’t just about health it’s about reclaiming agency, building community, and learning to heal from the inside out.

Individual support rooted in whole-body wellness, guided by the 5-Element system. Together, we explore elemental imbalances, support their corresponding organs and glands, and align with your body's energetic patterns through chakra-focused care.
When applicable, we may reference lab results as additional context to inform your wellness journey.
This work may also incorporate complementary therapies to support your healing process. While deeply educational and empowering, my teachings are not a replacement for medical care.

Hosted by Innergy Med Group, the Herbalists Without Borders LV Chapter Free Clinic offers FREE 1:1 herbal consultations, natural remedies (when available), and a monthly community class all focused on holistic wellness education.
Staffed by volunteer clinical herbalists, including the lead Registered Herbalist (AHG), and student practitioners such as Herbalist Apprentices and Nutrition Apprentices, the clinic also serves as a hands-on training space.
Community care, accessibility, and experiential learning.
