The HEART
The heart is my favorite organ because it knows it needs to give to itself first to keep the rest of the body running. If you or a loved one is experiencing unpleasant symptoms dealing with your HEART, I have extensive experience in holistic concepts that have eased pain and discomfort for many clients. I often see clients who were previously diagnosed with high cholesterol and high blood pressure desiring to incorporate holistic wellness concepts that WORK based on a variety of tools for measurement.

As a self-described plant nerd, Sara is a bio-regional herbalist who is committed to expanding knowledge about locally-growing medicinal plants and how to incorporate them into our daily lives. She is Carmen's right-hand woman and Social Media Coach.
She is currently most passionate about the work she is doing to build Desert Botanika - an herbal brand offering personalized kits to remedy everyday ailments.
As a business major turned herbalist, Sara has developed a unique perspective when it comes to bridging the gap between what is needed and what hasn’t been tapped into yet. Influenced by female entrepreneurs Sara Blakely and Georgina Gooley, she aspires to bring Desert Botanika to the local farmers markets here in Las Vegas, NV in the next stages of her career!
Sara is also a recent graduate of Innergy Med Group's Herbalist (One-on-One) Mentorship Program.

Dr. Isom is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with over 18 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Chicago Medical School/Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2005. One of the core principles at Isom MD is preventative health care. With comprehensive annual physical exams - complete with detailed screenings, collaborative nutrition and exercise programs, you can rely on Dr. Isom to be a open minded / supportive member of your healthcare support team. She is ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS and currently works alongside Carmen at Isom MD - Membership Primary Care located in Las Vegas, NV.
